Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at nnfuel.com! We strive to provide you with high-quality food products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions, as outlined below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unopened Products Only: To ensure food safety and quality, we only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or partially consumed food products.
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Products with an expired "best by" or "use by" date (unless the product was expired upon delivery).
- Sale items or discounted products (unless defective).
Return Process (for unopened products):
- Contact us: Please contact our customer support team at info@nnfuel.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization 1 Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Packaging: Please securely package the unopened item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include the RAN clearly written on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are unopened and in their original condition. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 21 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@nnfuel.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost to you. We may require you to return the damaged or defective product, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Shipping Errors:
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing items, please contact us immediately at info@nnfuel.com so we can correct the issue.
