Calorie Calculator
Enter some basic information about your upcoming ride to see how many calories your body will use during the ride! Fueling properly can feel mystical, but to some extent its a basic math exercise.
For this calculator to work you will need to know your FTP (Functional Threshold Power). If you are new to training, and don't yet know your FTP, there is a table below that will give you a super rough starting place. Pick the athlete below that you think you most closely resemble to use as a placeholder!
Remember, if you have a block of training - recovery is an essential part of performance. You primarily burn carbs while doing your ride, but you want to make sure that you get carbs, protein and fat afterwards - trying to replenish those stores.
