I have done a lot of experimenting with nutrition for endurance training and events and have found it tricky at times to strike the right balance between bonking and gut rot. While my tendency is to lean more towards solid food for my nutrition when running or Nordic skiing longer distances, I liked the idea of supplementing with a liquid so I decided to try No Nonsense Nutrition. The drink mix is super tasty without being sickly sweet and it gives me an easily accessible boost without the hassle of containers or packaging. I recently used it in a Nordic ski marathon with great success! I stored it in soft flasks in a hip belt and only needed one hand to access. I managed a PR that landed me on the podium so, I'm sold!
